Subject: Plan B

I just copied to sources (and also at http://lsub.org, in the Plan B page)
the 4th edition of Plan B. This one can be unpacked on top of a working
Plan 9 system. The web address contains pointers to tar balls with and
without binaries.

Two notes of CAUTION:

1. Unpack at a spare partition. Some Plan 9 binaries and libraries are
changed (we are still working that out). Then select what you really want
to copy.

2. This is still beta. We have been using it for a couple of months. But,
any other usage pattern is likely to uncover bugs yet to be found.

We will add a started.pdf file in the near future, to help others try
this thing. We will also submit patches or discard all changes
to existing Plan 9 sw that exist still in this thing.
