My first cut at at Python 2.0 port to Plan 9 can be downloaded from:
ftp://csociety-ftp.ecn.purdue.edu/pub/plan9/python/

There is a README, binaries, and buildable sources.

I'm probably going to be too busy for the remainder of the week to try
to fix the regression tests that are failing.  If I can get it to all work, I'll
submit a patch to the Python people so that it can become part of their
standard distribution.
