I just fixed a bug in our http server.  It will
work better with incremental loaders like GetRight
and Wget.  If you found it impossible to download
before, there's reason to expect it to have
gotten a little better.

Unfortunately, the congestion is still high so if
you failed last time around, you might want to wait
a day or two before trying again.
