Can someone summarise the current state of X support for plan9
please?

My plan9 system currently exists on a PC with no decent video
adapter or mouse - I normally use a nice 1600x1200 NCD X-Terminal
to talk to my various boxes, so I really am not keen to be reduced to
using a PC keyboard and screen to play with plan9.

I also have an old laptop which I would love to use as a portable
X server, but unix won't squeeze onto it. I have seen plenty
of mention of an X port having been done in the literature
(and, if I recall coreectly, saw Rob Pike demonstrate an X server
in a window on a laptop some time back) but havn't found any
reference indicating where to get it.

I also have seen reference to a 9x server, which sounds like it
would do what I want re accessing my plan9 from the NCD, but
could not find it anywhere.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Regards,
DigbyT
